Employee Family Assistance Plan

As professional career and job search coaches, we can provide you many of our services at no cost to you. Check with your EFAP provider, to see if we are on their list of service providers. If we're not, request that we be put on the list, and let us know who your provider is. We'll arrange to be put on their approved list, so you can get the assistance you need without any financial investment.

Are you having a tough time at work? We can help employees find hope and peace in their jobs or to help them move on to other work. We can help identify why you might not be enjoying your job. Are you having conflicts at work? How can you move up in your work environment? Do you feel that you shouldn't be doing the work you're doing? Employers can provide you with the financial assistance you need to access our coaching services.  The Five Hills Health Region has been using our EFAP services for well over 18 months, with much success for both employer and client.
